Treatments and Costs

My treatment is done by hand in the form of Spinal Manipulation, and/or Soft Tissue Massage, Muscle Energy Techniques, Neuro Muscular Techniques, Trigger Point Therapy and Mobilisation but I may also use Ultra Sound, Electro-Therapy (Interferential and Surged Faradic), Low Level Laser Therapy and Heat Lamps, etc. in certain conditions if indicated. Non-surgical spinal decompression therapy is also offered for patients requiring spinal decompression.

I also offer a Gait Analysis programme using the 'TOG GaitScan' System - the most technologically advanced gait scanning system on the market with static and dynamic scanning in 2D and 3D - together with Orthotic Therapy.

The vast majority of my patients have come to me through personal recommendation or GP referral. If it is clinically necessary to refer you for x-ray or MRI scanning you will either be referred to your GP or I can refer you privately for imaging.

Non-surgical Spinal Decompression Treatment

The Aberaeron clinic now offers non-surgical spinal decompression treatment for prolapsed, bulging and/or dehydrated discs and other spinal conditions. The clinic uses a spinal decompression table and a decompression/functional movement table which provide progressive decompression, helping to reduce nerve pressure and hydrate discs for the natural relief of back pain and restoration of functional movement.
